Vegas

Vegas can be a little shy in the kennels but in the paddock her fun nature springs into action. This beautiful girl would suit a quiet family where her confidence can build up so she can enjoy life to the full. Take Vegas for a walk to see if she is the one for you.

Vegas came for a trial stay with us recently and although she only stayed 4 days we saw some positive signs for her developing confidence. She ate all meals, did all her mess outdoors and was quiet and settled in the crate at night time. She got on with our other greyhound, Noddy, an 8 year old male. On the lead she needs work as she pulls hard especially when she realises that she is close to home. She is very nervous and in the house found a safe place to hide and watch what was going on rather than get involved. Our problem was that we live directly under the air space where the Red Arrows practise almost daily and this really frightened Vegas to the point where she did want to go outdoors in the garden or further afield. She is a beautiful, gentle dog who needs a quiet place to live and I hope she finds her forever home very soon.
